Balance and Water

YOGAqua is the perfect start for your new workout routine. A small group of people make their way into a Marina on paddleboards to work on balance and coordination. This yoga class is in the water to challenge the advanced yoga student to use their core to find balance on the board. Sarah Tiefenthaler is one of the first teachers in the country to start offering this new kind of yoga. You will get wet so make sure to come prepared in the right swimsuit, wetsuit or yoga gear. 

Time to Join the Circus

Cirque School is the place to step out of your comfort zone and learn a new trade. This ex-Cirque du Soleil aerialist founded this school in hopes to teach people the great fitness tips he learned from working with Cirque du Soleil. Each class is an adventure where you can learn a new trick from the circus’s you admired as a kid or an adult. You will even learn to use the real equipment that you have seen the aerialist fly between. Do not worry, all the teachers are professionals that will keep you safe and having fun.

Born To Be A Rockstar

Your rockstar dreams are not over just yet. You may have only had a small drum set in your room, but at Pound you take your rockstar dreams and get a great workout at the same time. This intense cardio workout was developed by two female drummers to have fun and gain strength. These classes go through different aerobics and Pilates exercises while you drum out various rhythms with a a pair of drum sticks. This workout idea was created when the drummers realized that drumming without a stool has great health benefits.
